How do I submit my photo?

You can upload your photo directly on the product page using the photo upload field. Look for the "Upload Your Photo" button and select your image file. Your photo is securely attached to your order automatically.

How long does production and shipping take?

Here's a general timeline after proof approval:

• Production: 3–5 business days
• Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

What if I'm unsure about sizing?

We want your shirt to fit perfectly! Please refer to our Sizing Guide for detailed measurements before placing your order. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.

What is your return and exchange policy for personalized items?

Because custom photo shirts are made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or we made an error on our end.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We'll make it right!
